These nipple shields, worn over the nipple and areola, have a special design that allows an uninterrupted flow of breast milk, while providing a larger surface for your baby to latch on to. They can work wonders if you suffer from sore, cracked, flat or inverted nipples and are fantastic if you are trying to get a previously bottle-fed baby to accept the breast.
